Just a few short days ago my son and his fiancé where involved in a roll over accident north of Woodstock during a blizzard and black ice slicked roads. They were able to walk away from the accident. What happened after that was just plain incredible! We made a call to CAA and had a driver show up who only wanted to steal our money, take our vehicle, and could barely speak English. Frustrated and cold, we sat in our vehicle wondering how we would get his truck turned over, and hauled away. I picked the first Towing Service my google map located. Martin Carriers Inc. I called the number, nearly 11pm, snow and wind, never had a tow before, uncertain about what to expect, and already on edge given the previous interaction. To my surprise, and utter delight, I met another human being on the other end of the phone. Rachel. She listened, she walked me through my options, she sent a truck, the driver was awesome, everything was just as she described, efficient and experienced...but non of this made our interaction exceptional... what, you might ask, was so incredible? Her being a decent human. Her understanding we had no clue and conducting her business with integrity and care, all graciously and generously.
